How to order

When you invest in new equipment and products you want to be sure that you are buying the right product for you and your needs. That’s why we don’t have a buy online option. Because of the specialist nature of our products and the variations and modifications we offer we encourage you to contact us and discuss your needs before placing an order.

We accept payment by BACS direct transfer, bankers drafts and most major credit or debit cards.

We aim to dispatch stock items within two working days of payment having cleared. If we are not able to fulfil your order within two working days we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Returns Policy

Return Requests must be reported by email within 14 days of receiving the goods, and a further 14 days to return the goods back from the day we are notified.

Please note you are responsible for the cost of return to us. If you require us to arrange collection of the goods, please let us know and we can confirm the cost of this prior to collecting the goods.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging for a refund to be issued.

Products which are made to order cannot be returned and refunded.

Accepted returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
